The hotel is part of the Ctěnice Chateau complex in the local part of Vinoř on the northeastern outskirts of Prague. Although it is within easy reach of Prague, you will have the feeling that you are somewhere far beyond it. The charm of the past, the grace and charm of the countryside will breathe on you. Newly unusually charmingly furnished rooms will provide you with a unique experience and relaxation, which will help you to enhance the tasting of specialties and experience menus prepared for you in our restaurant.
A coffee in the garden, a walk in the park, a horse ride or excursions in the surroundings are just another way to enjoy a relaxing break in the silence of nature just a few minutes outside the city.

HISTORY AND PRESENT OF THE HOTEL
Originally, there was a Gothic manor on the site of the castle, which was reconstructed into a Renaissance castle in 1550 by Mikuláš Harant of Harasov. In the 18th century, the castle was transformed into a Classical style, which has been preserved with minor modifications to this day.
The last private owner of the castle was the Vienna-based wholesaler and entrepreneur, Alexandr Schöller.
Since 1945, the castle deteriorated and was transferred to the ownership of the City of Prague in 1993. The complex includes the castle park, farm buildings, and the riding school.

If you plan a later check-out, please contact the reception. Late check-out until 2:00 PM is possible for an additional fee of 500 CZK, based on room availability.

The reception is open daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
HOW TO GET TO THE CITY CENTER?
There is a bus stop near the hotel, Ctěnický Castle, located about 100 meters from the hotel. From there, take the metro from the Letňany station directly to the city center.

WHEN ENTERING THE HOTEL
At check-in, we will ask for your reservation number, an ID with a photo, and we will pre-authorize 2000 CZK on your payment/credit card as a guarantee for your stay. After that, we will issue a card which will serve as your room key. The card is valid until 12:00 PM on your planned departure date – if you wish to check out later, we will extend the validity of your card for an additional fee. On the card’s envelope, you will find an express check-out form with instructions on how to fill it out.
In short: if you do not want to be delayed at check-out, simply fill out the form and submit it at the reception the evening before your departure. Your hotel bill will be processed electronically via your credit card, and we will send your bill to you electronically or by mail, based on your preference. You can leave your room card in your room, and we will take care of the rest. The reception is open 24/7.

ROOM KEY
You can open your room door by placing the card flat against the black panel above the handle. When leaving your room, take the card with you.
If you lose your card, please contact the reception immediately, and we will issue a duplicate card and block the original one.

We accept all standard credit and debit cards.
PARKING
Parking is available on the hotel premises, monitored by cameras, and is charged at 255 CZK / 10 EUR per night.
ROOM CLEANING
Dear guests, as part of our commitment to ecology and sustainability, we perform room cleaning every 3 days.
If you would prefer cleaning on a different day, please do not hesitate to contact the reception.
Thank you for helping us conserve natural resources and take care of our planet.
Please note that all indoor hotel areas are non-smoking, including e-cigarettes. This is a strict rule with no exceptions.
If you smoke in your room, we will charge you a fee of 2,000 CZK / 80 EUR for room sanitation.
You can dispose of sorted waste in the specific trash bins located on the ground floor next to the elevator.
COFFEE & TEA FREE OF CHARGE
Coffee and tea service is available in every room and is replenished by housekeeping.
If you would like additional supplies between regular cleaning, please contact the reception.
BREAKFAST
Breakfast is served in the Chateau Ctěnice restaurant, Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM, and on weekends from 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM. A rich buffet offers the finest delicacies you can wish for at breakfast.
We will be happy to bring breakfast directly to your room.
Breakfast must be ordered by 10:00 PM the day before.
CHATEAU CTĚNICE RESTAURANT
In the Chateau Ctěnice restaurant, we prepare top-notch Czech and international cuisine with a modern twist. We complement excellent food with a selection of Czech, Moravian, and international wines.
The hotel terrace offers a unique opportunity to enjoy our cuisine while overlooking the castle courtyard and soaking in the peaceful atmosphere of the estate.
We emphasize the use of fresh ingredients, purchased as much as possible from local suppliers. Our menu has been lovingly created by our chef, Denis Wágner, who is not afraid to combine modern culinary techniques with traditional cooking methods.
PILLOW OPTIONS
For your maximum comfort, we offer 3 types of pillows:
Back sleeper– a large pillow that wraps around your neck and head, holding them in a natural position.
Stomach sleeper– a small thin pillow that provides the necessary soft comfort without causing unwanted curvature in your cervical spine.
Side sleeper– a small, thicker pillow that supports your head in a way that keeps your spine in a natural horizontal line from head to toe.
MINIBAR
All rooms are equipped with a minibar. The price list is available on the plate on the desk.
IRONING FACILITIES
An iron and ironing board are available for free in every room. Please follow necessary safety precautions while ironing.
LAUNDRY AND IRONING SERVICES
Laundry items handed in before 9:00 AM will be returned the same day. Otherwise, they will be delivered by 10:00 AM the following day.
LOST & FOUND
Please contact the reception. All lost items are kept for 3 months.
PETS
Your animal companions are welcome at the hotel, with a charge of 530 CZK / 20 EUR per night.

In case of need, please contact the reception immediately.

Located in the lobby next to the main entrance.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
If you need extra pillows, blankets, towels, or other items, such as adapters, chargers, etc., please ask at the reception. Every room also has a universal socket for all international electrical connectors. You can also charge your mobile devices via the USB socket – both are available next to your desk.
ESSENTIALS
Forgot something? We are happy to provide you with a toothbrush, shaving kit, sewing kit, etc., free of charge at the reception.
ROOM AMENITIES
All rooms are equipped with a TV with satellite channels and Wi-Fi for your work and entertainment.
The Wi-Fi network name is “Pytloun,” and no password is required for connection.

1.If you notice a fire:
Call the reception and report the location of the fire.
Leave your room and close all doors behind you.
2.If you hear the sirens:
Leave the building immediately.
Stay calm, don’t waste time on trivialities!
Go to the assembly point in front of the building.
3.Important instructions:
Unplug all electrical devices.
Do not run.
Do not stop to gather your belongings.
Do not return to the building until the fire chief announces that the danger has passed.
4.Before sleeping, make sure:
- You know the escape route.
- You know how and where to report a fire.
- You are familiar with the building plan located inside the door of your room.
